Delete your Perpetual AI account and data

You can delete your Perpetual AI account, and the data connected to it, at any time. This page is for Sampann Technologies LLP's Perpetual AI app and service.

Option 1: right here, without the app

Delete my account using the phone number on your account. This deletes your account immediately, without needing to install or open the app.

Option 2: in the app

Open Perpetual AI, go to Settings, then Delete account.

Option 3: by email

Email admin@stayscloser.com with the subject "Delete my Perpetual AI account" and the phone number on your account. Email a deletion request We'll confirm the request and check it's really you, then complete the deletion right away.

What we delete

Your account details, the recordings we hold, the transcripts, notes and per-person pages made from them, the contact information we hold, and usage data linked to your account.

What we may keep

Limited records that the law requires us to keep, or that we need to resolve disputes and protect security. We don't currently keep encrypted backups that would outlive the deletion.

Delete only some of your data

We don't currently support deleting individual recordings or transcripts on their own. If you want your data removed, delete your whole account using one of the options above.

Good to know

Perpetual AI deletes only its own copies. Recordings saved on your phone stay there until you delete them in your dialer or file manager. Uninstalling the app or removing its folder access stops new processing but isn't the same as deleting your data. Use one of the options above.
